Mayor Reny “Jing” A. Celespara accepted a check amounting to 500, 000.00 from DOST for the LGU’s STI Ecosystem Development Towards Smart and Sustainable municipality.

The above-mentioned amount will be used by the LGU for benchmarking activities of those LGUs which are known models of innovations using and integrating technologies in management decisions.

According to Mayor Jing “learning experiences from these activities will help the LGU Bobon to spur innovations in its pursuit for prosperity in the context of emerging and rapidly growing LGUs.”
